Carolina Vein Center had tried various advertising strategies. However, the Dr. Lindy McHutchinson determined that very little was reaching her target audience and that is why she wanted to try direct mail.

We bought a list and staggered the mailings so she could gauge response. After the initial mailings, Carolina Vein Center has significantly increased the number of postcards and expanded geography. They know that they get new patients from every mailing.
